Any disturbance will affect the next learning.

This is not new. Because our metaphoric ship called "development process" is layer-structured (or rather 'continuous'), small disturbances will affect its course. And yes, the earlier this happens, the more off-course the ship could go in the long run. We are all well aware of that, and this is why we so carefully teach our children how to eat and speak properly, or how to respect others.

So what if something got stuck somewhere?

Our physical and intellectual developments for the large part work on an un-aware level, as do our emotional mechanisms. But it is not so often that obvious. Yet if something has clearly gone 'off-course,' we have in-built solutions. In medicine we try to look for the cause, and remove or repair it. An injury could be a result of a certain way of walking, and that could be adjusted. Intellectually, many aware adults focus on their own development, and compensate for what they consider is lacking in their development so far. What we basically do is try to bring the body & mind back in balance with our needs and capacities.
