How about 'feelings' then, our emotional development?
As it is in the physical area, disturbances can (and will) just as easily occur in the emotional development area. Similarly, we sometimes have the need to re-balance there, to a state that is adequate for us individually.
Those emotional aspects are often very hard to distinguish, and sometimes simply impossible. They can however have a tremendous impact on your general well-being, your health, your personality, your success, your love, your life. But like with a certain physical movement or attitude, they often gradually and subtly alter our development in a way that we are not aware of.
But we grow, we develop. We have the ability to establish how we developed an injury through a certain repeated movement that turns out to be inadequate for us. We have the ability to determine that we need to do some extra studying in an area that we judged inadequately developed. We grow emotionally as well, and our “balancing” resources can look back and feel what went 'wrong'. The problem here: that must be a subconscious process. |
