Have you ever wondered...

what makes your eyes blink, lungs breathe, or what makes you walk and talk so easily?

If I asked you to touch your right ear, would you really give it a second to think about flexing the muscles of your arm and lifting it to your head? Probably not. And yet, you blink and breathe, walk and talk, and take for granted that you have the ability to do this.

All these 'automatic' processes in our body are possible because they have been 'learned' at some time. Later, we simply -subconsciously- repeat what 'seemed to work', and with experience we improve and finetune how we do things.

We know we learned to walk and talk. Earlier, we all learned to blink. At the earliest stage of course we all learned how to breathe.

Your subconscious now simply 'knows' how to, without actively having to think it through again.
